The finish line is your business built and launched, and your first $10,000 in new sales cash collected through the offers we build together.
Provide the agreed material and access, give us your answers and approvals, and carry out your agreed part of the launch and sales activity.
If, at the end of ten weeks, the agreed Replicant, offers and sales system aren’t live and in the market, or you haven’t collected $10,000 in new sales through those offers, we keep working with you at no additional implementation fee until both are achieved.
The $10,000 means sales cash collected, not proposals, promised payments or profit. This is a commitment to continue the agreed work when the conditions are met, not a promise that sales arrive by a fixed date. You don’t have to buy ongoing coaching to receive that continued work.

Where should I start?
Choose 10 Weeks to $10K when you are ready to launch using VirtualJK and a weekly group call. Choose Hand-Built with James when you want me to build your Replicant and business model with your input. Choose Hand-Built in Bali for two working days of private, in-person implementation, with travel and accommodation included.
Does 10 Weeks to $10K include private calls?
No. It includes weekly 10 Weeks to $10K group calls during your ten active weeks. VirtualJK guides your individual implementation between calls. There is no private-call upsell.
What happens after 10 Weeks to $10K?
You can choose to continue renting the Replicant and its infrastructure for $100 a week, buy ownership under the agreed terms, or stop. Rental does not include continued access to the 10 Weeks to $10K calls. Continued human support is a separate choice.
What is included in Hand-Built in Bali?
The $50,000 private experience includes return business-class flights to Bali from anywhere in the world, three nights of premium accommodation, airport transfers, pre-arrival preparation and two working days with me. We work on your Replicant, business model and agreed launch assets.
We review your existing material and agree the deliverables, dates and travel arrangements before you fly. The 48-hour experience spans two working days, not 48 continuous working hours. Any outstanding work is recorded in your implementation plan; revenue is not guaranteed.
What do I need to bring to Hand-Built?
Your notes, calls, frameworks, content and examples, plus the access we need to build. You provide the expertise, answers and approvals. Alex and I handle the technical build.
When does the seven-day build start?
At our first Gameplan call. The seven-day build and the ten-week programme both start at that call, not at the point of enquiry.
What happens after the ten weeks of Hand-Built?
Your Replicant and the assets remain yours. Hosting and upgrades stay included. Further human support is a separate choice once we have reached the finish line. Any qualifying unfinished work continues under the commitment above.
Do I need to join Society to keep my Replicant?
No. Ten weeks of Society is included during the programme. You do not need to continue in Society or buy ongoing coaching to keep your Replicant or its included hosting.
Do I have to complete the free workshop first?
No. Tell me what you do and what you want to build. You don’t need to go through the free workshop before enquiring about Hand-Built.
Is this a guaranteed income in ten weeks?
No. The commitment is to keep working with you at no additional implementation fee until the agreed system is live and in the market and the first $10,000 in new sales cash has been collected, when you carry out your agreed part. It is not a fixed-date income or profit promise.
How does the Hand-Built credit work?
Already paid $1,000 for 10 Weeks to $10K? That comes off the $10,000 Hand-Built price, leaving $9,000. We confirm your eligible credit and remaining balance before you upgrade.
